Modular and Panelized Building System
Our goal is to create panelized walls and modular kitchens and bathrooms in a climate-controlled environment using advanced computerized machinery and techniques.
The result of our process is to reduce production time, control cost, and assure quality. Additionally, our system allows us to build components of a building in our plant while the land for the building is simultaneously being prepared.
Excavation, footings, foundations, concrete, and steel are all being built on site while our process continues in the factory. This parallel construction process allows us to condense the overall timeline for our development projects.
Our process starts with the raw material of dimensional lumbar delivered and stored on our 10 acre property adjacent to our 20,000 sqft manufacturing plant. Our forklifts transport stacks of wood into this shop area where they are then loaded onto our computerized CNC saw.
In October of 2021 we purchased a Crossline Saw and Framing Table. The Crossline Saw is a European manufactured CNC machine which is a computerized operated saw. This machine is unique as it not only cuts wood to the right size per plan. It also notches the wood plates in the exact location where each stud should go, making assembly much easier and faster.
After cutting and assembling the panelized wall sections, some of our walls go to our yard to be stacked, numbered, and made ready for delivery to the job site.
Other walls move to a different section of our plant to be assembled into bathroom and kitchen modules. Different areas of the factory are used to perform different stages of construction.
After the rough framing section, modules move over to the electric, plumbing, and drywall area of the plant. Once that phase is complete the bathrooms are ready for tile. After tile, the bathrooms are rolled to the finish section for vanity installation and trim.
After completion the modules are wrapped in a protective plastic and forklifted into our yard where they are made ready for transport. A similar process happens with our kitchen modules.
Once the building site is ready to receive the walls and modules, they are loaded onto our flat beds and trailers, secured, and made ready for transport.
Although we are very proud of the product we produce, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our process, reduce our costs, and build a better building.
